🎮Inductopia: Building Unity and Efficiency at IIUM Pagoh

IIUM Pagoh held "Inductopia" on the 20th of October 2023, a pivotal event aimed at enhancing

the relationship between IIUMSU officers and staff members. This small gathering by the Office

of Presidents (OOP) was held to introduce necessary procedures for future programs and ensure

that each staff member is capable of managing these programs accordingly. The event featured

all officers and staff members of IIUMSU Pagoh for the 2023/2024 tenure and included

workshops conducted by the Office of Secretary(OOS), the Office of Treasurer (OOT), and the

Office of Communication, Advocacy and Promotion (OCAP). A key component of the day was a

team-building session, fostering camaraderie among participants. Held in KLM Studio 1, the

session focused on strengthening the ukhuwwah by celebrating the diversity of the IIUMSU

Pagoh community as students of various backgrounds interacted with one another. This initiative was crucial in creating a cohesive and efficient team, ready to do their roles within the university.

Inductopia was a successful effort in uniting officers and staff, enhancing their ability to work

together seamlessly and effectively for the benefit of IIUM Pagoh.
