The IIUM Student Union Pagoh is excited to announce the launch of Yuk Sarap, a
heartwarming initiative to ensure that every student starts their day with a nutritious meal.
Starting from January 3, 2024, and continuing every Sunday until the end of the semester, Yuk
Sarap will provide free breakfast to all students, creating a sense of community and support
within the campus.
The inspiration behind Yuk Sarap is rooted in the understanding that a healthy breakfast
is crucial for academic performance and overall well-being. Recognizing that many students
may skip this important meal due to time constraints or financial limitations, the IIUM Student
Union Pagoh has taken proactive steps to address this issue. By offering free breakfast, Yuk
Sarap not only promotes better health and concentration among students but also fosters a
nurturing environment where everyone feels cared for and valued.
Yuk Sarap is more than just a meal program; it celebrates the IIUM community’s unity
and compassion. Every Sunday, students can look forward to enjoying a variety of nutritious
breakfast options, fostering a positive start to their week. This regular gathering also offers an
opportunity for students to connect, share experiences, and build stronger relationships,
enhancing the overall campus experience.
